Two big questions about stainless steel badges

Why are most customers saying that the stainless steel badge is not stainless steel? Because there are many processes that cannot be achieved with stainless steel for making badges, stainless steel generally only uses some etching or printing processes, and these two processes are basically flat, or the etching is only slightly concave and convex, As a result, it is impossible to achieve the desired effect of the customer, and it will inevitably be completed by stamping or die-casting. However, these two processes cannot be made of stainless steel. More than 95% of the badges are stamped and die-casting. These two processes can be used to make some breastplates with a very three-dimensional feeling, especially the die-casting is most suitable for super three-dimensional or 3D three-dimensional badges. In addition to stainless steel breastplates, other materials must be used. Other materials are electroplated. The most commonly used electroplating is nickel plating, which is also the white steel color we often say. This color is compared with the color of stainless steel. It looks almost the same, so customers mistake it for a stainless steel badge.  Why aren't badge manufacturers willing to recommend stainless steel badges? Why aren't badge manufacturers willing to recommend stainless steel badges? In fact, the most important point is that the back parts of stainless steel badges do not need to be soldered with solder. Generally, they are glued. Everyone imagines how fast the glued pins can be. Needless to say here. But the badges made of other materials, such as stamping or die-casting, are stamped with tin through about 250 degrees of high temperature welding. This kind of welded badge is difficult to drop even if you want to, but not even die-casting. Having said that, the die-casting is a pin that is riveted up by a machine, as strong as it grows up. Why aren't the breastplate manufacturers willing to recommend stainless steel badges? This is the reason. I am afraid that the customer said that the pin is off soon. The customer said that there is a quality problem and he wants to return the product. In fact, when he chooses to use a stainless steel badge, he must make such psychological preparations. However, it must be emphasized that it is not stainless steel. The badge pin will fall off as soon as it is touched. It is definitely not the case. The stainless steel badge with a pin is still not easy to drop. The stainless steel badge with a thorn needle is easy to drop. Normally, it will not fall if you pull it by hand. It is easy to drop the needle on the ground, because the bonding contact surface of the lancet is small.
